Spectral norm
The spectral norm of a matrix is its largest singular value, written σ_max(W). Concretely, it measures the maximum factor by which the matrix can stretch any input vector: ||Wx|| / ||x|| maximized over all nonzero x.
The rest of “Spectral norm” is a premium feature: every concept in the library gets a precise, practitioner-focused write-up like this one, cross-linked straight from the paper summaries that use it.
